Behind the business is owner and technician Tim Lavender, a Master Certified RV Technician — the National RV Training Academy's (NRVTA) highest technician certification — with 38 years of hands-on work in electrical, plumbing, and woodworking, plus a U.S. Navy nuclear-program background as a Certified Electronics Technician, Shutdown Electrical Operator, and Reactor Operator. We focus on the household systems, appliances, and technology that make your RV livable, and we're upfront about what we do and don't do. (We don't perform chassis, engine, or mechanical work.)
